Hi! (July 29, 2013)

Hey family. How is everything? Hope its all good. Its really cold today! Im having ahard time typing because my fingers are frozen haha. but things are good here. Just truckin alongggg.

So we had a pretty good week the past week. Missionary work is hard. Its really hard. haha. 

Some highlights from the past week were that 1. We... participated in a baptism on saturday! haha. One of the counselors from the bishopbric, his daughter got baptized this week. She turned 8, and so they called to ask me to play piano for them in the baptismal service. Especially with the challenges there have been with the members here, i saw it as a great opportunity to serve them and help build the relationship, so i of course said yes. It was also awesome because we were able to have Silvia attend the baptismal service. It was a really good service and the spirit was felt very strongly. Silvia really liked it and so we hope it will help in her progress! And it was also cool because right after the baptismal service they celebrated the daughters birthday. So we didnt hang around for that, but they gave us some awesome food before we took off! hahaha. iill send pictures.

Another thing is that this week was the week when Silvia was going to talk to her parents about everything she`s doing... so we were super excited for that because thats the biggest impediment that she has in her progression... she was going to do it saturday night after the baptism, so i was pumped because i was hoping she would definitely be good to talk to her parents after having felt the spirit so strongly in the baptism... Well she came to church on sunday... and we asked her how it went with her conversation with her parents... and her boyfriend, in english, reported that they didnt do it because right beforehand "she broke down into tears" :( gahhhhh. So she had a baptismal fecha for the 3rd of august... but were not so sure shes going to be ready for it now :/ And its always super lame to have to postpone a baptismal fecha. We feel that she`ll definitely get bpatiszed in this month of august though. So continue to pray for her! She needs the extra help and courage...

and more than that.... theres really not much to report :/ haha. Sorry but I just dont knwo of what else to report to you all. The work keeps on going and I do too! haha. Love you all and miss you all! Keep me in your prayers! Have an awesome week.
